按照電動機功率、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速及工藝條件，從減速機選型表中選擇確定減速機機型。

根據(jù)容器或池體尺寸確定攪拌器層數(shù)： 1） T殳按照池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長寬）比接近1:1,選擇1層攪拌器；2） 當池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長寬）比大于等于1.5:1,選擇2層攪拌器；3） 當池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長寬）比大于等于2.5:1,選擇3層攪拌器

攪拌流量、電機率的計算，這是非常重要的一步：一般是根據(jù)攪拌強度的需要來確定，采用計算軟件進行計算，具體計算時需輸入粘度值、密度、槳葉層數(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)速等參數(shù)。

液體攪拌機封密型式的選擇：1) 一般情況下，不考慮設(shè)置密封裝置；2) 有密封要求，但密封要求不太高的場合，優(yōu)先選擇四氟盤根的填料箱密封；3) 嚴格密封要求的，可采用磁力傳動靜密封結(jié)構(gòu)，即選用磁力傳動(驅(qū)動)攪拌機。
